Holiday Home Owner Reviews

I can’t recommend Margo enough. She previously arranged for the cleaning of my chalets, but I was busy with my job and children, and I found managing the chalets stressful. I definitely wasn’t getting the most out of them and was on the verge of selling them. I spoke to Margo and she offered to take on the management of them, obviously I accepted and it was the best decision I ever made. Margo is good at the business side of things as well as being great with the customers. She is knowledgeable and has lots of contacts, on the rare occasion she doesn’t know something, she knows the right person to ask. Highly recommended.

We have been using California Holiday Parks for the last 3 years and they have been wonderful at managing everything for us. Any issues Margo deals with them promptly and without any fuss. We are kept up to date with all the bookings which have been great. Margo has been amazing at managing all the bookings, house keeping, passes and the day to day running of our chalet. We just sit back and everything is dealt with. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you Margo.

Before buying my chalet, I contacted California Holiday Parks, who met with me on site and gave impartial advise on chalets available, they helped me through the buying process and since then I have the reassurance of knowing that I can leave everything to be dealt with, relieving me of any stress that is involved with bookings, guests, cleaning, maintenance etc – everything is packaged into one resulting in a very healthy occupancy rate.

I have been using California Holiday Parks since I bought my two Chalets, just before the lockdown. Margo is very friendly and the service is outstanding. The chalets are maintained to be clean and tidy, ready for the next guests. Any work that needs doing like regular window cleaning etc is all taken care of, keeping up a professional appearance and service, resulting with many happy customers and repeat business.

Thank you, Margo, for all the work you and your team put in, it is appreciated.

I bought my chalet from Margo directly as an investment. She takes care of every aspect of my holiday home in a very professional manner. I have complete trust in her to do the best for me and the guests that stay in my chalet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend California Holiday Parks if you were looking for someone to manage your chalet or, indeed, if you wanted to book a stay.
