7-day call-out of a Professional Maintenance Team – should a problem or emergency arise

Monthly Accounting – A fully detailed, transparent breakdown of monthly bookings and expenditure
Inventory – A full detailed inventory of the entire contents of the chalet and its condition
Close Down Service – at the end of the season
End of Season report – with recommendations for maintenance and/or improvements
